that's all??? i figured there would be tons more.
hmmm, well i'll be uploading mine over the weekend -- just giving my eyes a rest so i can do a final pass.
look forward to seeing the films.

Some of us just have nothing better to do but try to be the first to upload a film!!
 
Maybe people didn't like the Loss idea as much as a zombie fest etc. What is the next fest? There is not even a thread going for that this time is there?

I actually feel that the Loss theme, being so broad, allowed for more avenues of story ideas as opposed to something of a specific genre in which certain conventions and norms must be present.

I also think it will be easier to give better feedback on each film with less films in the fest. I'd like to see more, but the truth is that some might get less of a response than others because of time constraints. I'm sure every one of us are busy outside of the fest in one way or another.

Regardless, I still look forward to seeing all of the entered films.
 
Like all fest you can do a lot with the themes. It doesn't have to be a sad story for sure. Plus like Jason said people wait to the last minute to upload.

This fest feels different than the last one. I think the Twilight was my first one so I was really excited. And this fest I'm really excited.:Drogar-Evil(DBG): I just hope I have improved.

It started off with like 80 films I wonder how many will actually get in?

I don't understand the art of finishing early. I'm supposed to be filming right now but my friend just got pulled over.....so...I have no idea what's going on. Either I'll finish filming...or edit what I have and have a very holey short.

There is no art to finishing early in any arena.:Drogar-Smoke(DBG):

I kept tinkering and changing things to the point of OCD. I had to upload or I would have Effed my movies up.
