How to send in HVX for repair

Has anyone sent in there HVX for a bad tape drive? I have had many problems with mine and am looking for options to getting mine fixed. Does anyone know how to go about sending in there HVX to get fixed or replaced? What is the time period from purchase to get repairs under warranty

Any answers would be great....thanks
 
Go to www.panasonic.com. Click on Support. Click on Find Service Center, put in model Number ad zip code. One of the two Panasonic service centers for this product will come up, depending on your location. Contact them and go from there.
