I had this thread opened under Camera support but did not get any reponse so opening a duplicate thread here. I knopw some of you AF100 users are using Glidecam X-10 system. I am just needing some help in figuring out if I got a new or an used Glidecam X-10 stabilizer system. I had paid for new...
Hopefully someone may have encountered this problem. When I run the raw footage on my new computer, the audio does not work. It does work on the camera though and I checked the computer settings the audio is turned on and in fact I played an YouTube clip. Please advise what can be the reason..
I need to figure out if I got a new or used Glidecam X-10 stabilizer system. I had paid for new product, but it seems I got used/substandard product from the seller. It came in a brown box with vest wrapped in a bubble wrap, arm and other accessories in separate bubble wraps and then everything...
I was just wondering if zoom function on the remote control has any use. I tried using it with MFT Lumix 14-140 but it does not seem to work. I am trying to take a crane shot so would need to adjust the zoom. Can the remote be used for that purpose? I am just starting out with AF100 so trying to...
Any suggestions which one would work best. Also if you can share your experience taking the crane shots with AF100. I am planning to take some high shots with rokinon 35mm, but not sure how to adjust the focus when camera is up on the job.
My fellow AF100 shooters,
I am trying to take a buying decision. Please let me know your experiences/thoughts about what would work best with AF100 - Glidecam HD2000 or HD4000 or Blackbird.
Let me know if anyone has one used and would like to part with.
I am very excited to get the Rokinon kit in couple of days. Please share your view whether or not a lens support is needed for using Rokinons with the AF100. If yes, what are some good and cheap lens support mounts. I am getting the lenses with Canon EF mount, not sure how that looks and serves...
I am thinking about one of the two options to use with AF100. Rokinon Cine Kit with 3 lenses - 24MM, 35MM and 85MM and add 17MM when it becomes available in MFT size and of course 50MM which will be out next years sometime. The other option is to go with Voigtlander 17.5MM and 42.5MM lenses, I...
I am looking at this kit to use with af100. Here are the lenses in it: 8mm T3.8, 14mm T3.1, 24mm T1.5, 35mm T1.5, 85 mm T1.5. There is another kit which is about $500 cheaper with 3 lenses: 24mm T1.5, 35mm T1.5, 85 mm T1.5.8. I know these three lenses could be used extensibly for filmmaking with...
I bought this voigtlander to use with my AF100. I was excited to get the glass when I received the af100, so I did not do enough research and placed the order to buy the lens only to find out that it is not boxed decliked hence falls short of use for filmmaking. Can anyone please tell if it can...
