XEPOJ (english: "HERO")

not when i'm rating film in alphbetical order. Now I'll have to bump you to the front of the line... or at least closer to the front.
 
I don't know how you manage to review every single movie :)
I'm trying to say at least something in every one of them, but I'm easily distracted... like now :)
 
A very serious heavy film without beeing full of clichès. Very well done. My second favorite film of this fest. Compliments!

I thought you did a good on this. Glad you presented it b&w with subtitles.

The story was pretty simple, nothing really new there. It was also pretty clear what was going to happen at the end. Oh, and it was VERY talky. It might have been nice to cut back on the exposition a bit.

This was the best foreign language film I've seen here since: Año Perdido.
 
AAAAA kako mi je drago ovdje vidjeti nekog iz mojih krajeva! Ja sam iz Pule a vratio sam se u NYC---tu sam i rodjen.

Svaka cast, predivno napravljen film sa hv30. Posebice mi se svidja kraj i voiceover i panning kamere na krovu.

Dao sam ti deset zvijezda, nadam se da pobjedis.

Dodao sam te na fejsu.

Srdacan pozdrav iz Tajmz Skvera ;)

I like that you have used your local language, in stead of having actors with an accent.

Not much comments about the shots and frames.

In sound, I hear that the girl is boomed "badly" and the guy better. I think you've used a shotgun and the boomguy didn't follow 100% ?
 
Wow! I really liked this film... I didn't "enjoy" it, but man... left me with an empty feeling in my gut! Wow... nice performances, great cinematography!

Girl is all ADR, we used shotgun mic but by mistake from above and when they connect their foreheads... nightmare begins :)
But then, we made an even worse mistake by matching it if it sounds like she is boomed badly :)

If we managed to get any emotion from a 3-4 minute drama, we are very very happy, thank you :)
