While we're waiting....

[Tom Marshall]

They didn't let you watch any playbacks or dailies, did they?

Yeah, I started watching them edit it... I guess I didn't suck as much as I though I did... We'll see how the final short looks...

All Riiiight. It's been awhile since I hit the boards! I'm glad I was mistaken - good to see that you are in TommyInLA!

Hey man, thanks! Good to see you back...

[Marlon Ladd]

I'm definately looking forward to all of the films, but there's a few I'll check out first and they're the ones with the threads I've steadily checked on, like: "Breaking Val," "Welcome To The Party," "Joel 3:15," "The Farmer," "The Circle," "In The Night" and several others I'm probably forgetting. Can't wait to see what everybody has done.

[Simon Höfer]

In Extremis They are just too crazy to make something boring And they've got Tommy!

[andoguru]

Hey everyone,

I'm looking forward to seeing all of the shorts.

I don't have a thread for my film, Meat, and it seems everyone has threads for their films.

Does this mean that no one will watch my film? I guess I was so busy trying to finish the short that I didn't think about doing a thread for it.

Good luck to everyone.

It's never too late...

You could start one today. Just do so in THIS forum.
That way you can get feedback....

Cheers,

Mike

[Brandon Rice]

Yeah, I agree, get one started now.

[Ki-Ki]

Almost 9pm here, so I'm guessing 'if' they'd be up tonight, it would be around 3am my time. Hence 9pm some.. American... timezone time?

Damn the guy who invented timezones.

[Brandon Rice]

LOL...

"the guy who invented time zones"

ROFL!

[Luis Caffesse]

A little trivia to tide you over while we're waiting -

From Wikipedia:
The first time zone in the world was established by British railways on December 1, 1847

Charles F. Dowd proposed a system of one-hour standard time zones for American railroads about 1863

Established by the British, typical.

British Railways, you're kidding me. I catch the First Great Western every day. For the guys who invent the first time zone, ever. They sure do suck at keeping to it. Always late.

[Simon Höfer]

I always told about that damn timezone! I am with you Ki-Ki.

[DimmuJed]

I'm also waiting to see something good. I guess i'll have to go elsewhere! BURN! JUUUUSSSSTTTTTT KIIIIIDDDDIIIINNNNGGGGG!

I'm sure there will be some cool flicks on here. But everyone knows free stuff/contests = everyone and their brother enters.

[mikkowilson]

DimmuJed, I think you will be supprized by the quality of the entries in these things.

I've seen a couple of the entries for this round, and let me tell you, they are GOOD! (And *really* disturbing at that...)
