C200: Shipping Date

That's great! Maybe they're getting them in a bit earlier than they expected. Would be great to have it by Friday...

Non canon cropped lenses (aps-c not EF-S) are made to also cover Nikon APS-C which is ~1.5x crop.

I've never had any vignetting on a c100 with any non canon APS-C EF glass.

Still waiting for mine to get to Samys. I was hoping to have it by now to use on my shoots tomorrow and Saturday. I'm just antsy seeing so many people get theirs.

Thanks! I just emailed the guy I've been dealing with at Adorama to see if I can just pick it up today before they close for sabbath. I just hope he was right about my being in the first shipment; have a feeling this camera may be tough to get for a few months...
 
I ordered a C200 from Texas Media in June. They are not able to tell me when they will ship - totally non-committed to when. Those that are getting them consider yourself lucky. James

Just heard back from my guy and no ETA from Canon as of now. Damn, I thought I was going to get to really test the camera this weekend, but it looks like that ain't happening...
 
B&H told me that they have a shipment coming in next Friday, and they're hoping to get enough to fill the rest of the preorders and start shipping by Monday the 21st.

I called them on Monday and was told to check back in 2 weeks. I was going to let one of my cam ops use it for Mayweather v. Mcgregor interviews but don't think it will be here in time.
 
Anyone else get their cameras? I tried Adorama again, but haven't heard back from them. Starting to get nervous...
