C200: Shipping Date

That jives with Adorama's approximate timing. They did say that 8/13 could fluctuate and were really clear to point out it was an estimation. Just don't want anyone thinking that was set in stone or anything...
 
I ordered the C200 (not the B configuration nor a kit) from B&H on June 5. Today the status changed to “In Stock, Order Sent To Warehouse” and it is expected to ship today. I’m very excited!

Yeah, I'm guessing it's as much as a guessing game to them as it is to us. At least we're not looking at any late September dates.

Nice man! I ordered the kit version, hopefully they'll be sending those out sooner than later. I ordered on June 13th, so there's a chance I'm a part of the second wave of cameras or something.

I purchased a C100 Mark II from these guys a few years ago and was very pleased with every aspect of the sale. I've got no relationship with them, other than being a happy customer.

As an update, my C200 is arriving tomorrow. Very excited to play with it!

Just called B&H. The C200B shows "In Stock" for shipping tomorrow but they weren't going to send mine because they don't have the side grip, monitor or top handle in stock yet. They offered to ship me the body without the accessories tomorrow, which I'm having them do. I seem to remember seeing somewhere that the accessories weren't going to ship until Sept.

Yeah I have been talking to them and they have been great, but you seem to have one of the only ones they had! Looks like canon is sending like 1 unit to each store today. I am hoping they get more soon.

Ah, bummer. Yes, I think the C200 is definitely going to be hard to get for a little while.

All they have is the b-model. Gia was very nice though and I am hoping they get more soon. I have put my name down and almost every store in the US haha. I am desperate, as I have a project next week and REALLY need this camera for it.

Hey! Maybe I'm going about helping my friend the wrong way but anyways, I don't work for them. If you WHOIS lookup MADEPRIME.COM, you'll see I've had the domain before they ever changed their name from MicroSearch to PrimeCamera. My Instgram is Spikethedesigner & MadePrime if you want to look me up but yeah... I'll post video from when I pick mine up. And Puredrifting can vouch I was trying to sell my C300ii to him for a while now via this forum so yeah I guess.... Great day to all and will post videos!!!
 
BH just notified they are shipping mine and will be here Thursday evening. I ordered the normal kit (No lens) the day they took preorders.

Awesome.
 
BH just notified me that my C200 kit with the lens is being put on backorder. It makes sense since I ordered on June 13th. Hopefully they get some more C200 kits with the lens soon!
 
Got mine yesterday. So much lighter than the c300ii. My Angel Bird 240G Cfast card worked! I have a 256G Sandisk that I don't know if I need now. Maybe I'll buy extra batteries cause I have none. Any questions or anything in particular you guys want to see filmed?
