Ok yeah I've been slacking... still eating good but could figure out why I couldnt exercise at all without hacking up a lung. Went to the doctor and guess what - asthma! Inhalers kick ass. Went from 10 low intensity minutes on the elliptical to a moderate half an hour. Amazing what happens when you can breathe :) Now to start doing some real training!

Just started doing Scooby's beginner's workout. I think I need pre-K. Man. But you gotta start somewhere. I even dismantled the plumbing-pipe crane I made from DV Rigs book and used the pipes to make a chinning bar. The crane couldn't hold the weight of my Brevis/DVX rig anyway. :)

Glad to see this thread is still going. I've was able to get back to my normal Jiu-Jistu training routine this week. Luckily we had some insane workouts, so it sort of forced me to jump right back into a high intensity level. I also set up my weights and such in the new garage today, so I should be back in full swing by Sunday. Looks like everybody is pressing on. Great to see. Oh, and I am doing a 5k run in a few weeks with my wife and daughter. Should be fun.

Keep it up everyone!

Had a good workout this morning :) Trizeps, chest and legs.

Gymnastics wasn't so good this week. My legs were still hurting from my parkour journey to the skate park. But man, some back/wallflips in a quarterpipe are just awesome. I love it! Will go soon again and hope that my legs will get used to it.

I saw some friends the other day that I haven't seen in a while and they both commented on my chest being bigger. It's always a good thing when 2 good-looking women are rubbing your pecs.

I've been sort of on again, off again with my program. I tend to do that once at the place I want to be is (175 lbs these days)

I'm going back pretty hard manana after a week of SO SO effort.

The good news is:

I finally got my brother on board the HUDSON plan; 5 or 6 meals, water, activity.

7 days ago he was 247

Today he is 244.

3 lbs in week one.

Im happy for him and seemed very motivated after seeing the results first hand. We're picking up some Calipers this week to start monitoring the percentages and real numbers.

Just sharing some success.

I'm starting to do longer more arobic rides on my dowhill bike. It weights in at aboot 40 pounds and has more travel then most guys.... um.... nevermind. Damn, that means I need a better breathing helmet.

Yeah, a trainingspartner is sooooo good! It is such a big motivation.

Unfortunately my partner broke his kneecap again two weeks ago :( Also slowed my training down a bit.

Keep it going guys :)

Diets suck.

I can never do it.

Not over-eating is the key.

Also cutting on the sugars, paste foods and all kinds of fried food too.

Kung-fu training burns everything...

I ran 16km (that's 10 miles) to raise money for breast cancer research last weekend, managed to raise $120 - so there you go, you exercising can help other people too!
