Does the HDMI out of the 60D drop down to SD when you press record like the 5Dii or does it stay HD like the 7D? I would like to continue to use the AJA HDMI to SDI adapter I have and the change in res from HD to SD on the T2i when you hit record causes my adapter to blank out.

I am attracted to the swivel LCD and the command dial. If I sold my T2i with extra battery for something like $750. 60D is $1100 and I would need another battery too so out of pocket would be $400. I also plan on stepping up to 5Diii when it is released.
