Pro Res with Premeire and CS5

Can you easily work with Pro Res formats in Premiere? Will be capturing with a Ki Pro and probably cutting in FCP for "same as source" outputs.

1080P 29.97 (psf) or 720p 59.94

I would be exporting from a mac to deliver to a client who edits in PC CS5. Is there a better format to use? I need to delivers selects for compositing on the PC side. This is all green screen raw footage, thus wanting to deliver full raster 4:2:2. We are shooting on an HPX 500.

I think you need to ask your client what they can accept and what they won't accept.
