I've looked all over it feels, but I can't seem to find the serial no. anywhere on the body. Also, can this no. when found be checked with a no. on the box?
Cheers mates
...really simple question. I can find a bag designed for each single item, but not one that seems obviously suitable for the combo. Anyone out there that has an idea or an exact bag they know works? Should I be looking at the eargonizer?
Thanks
Thought I share this video...

I've been toying with investing more money in audio for a loooong time... too long. From previous advice along with reading more and more about the subject I've tried to assemble a new package for two purposes:
1. My full time job wants me to help bid in on a food client that need instructional...
I just spotted a 2nd hand seller with the following lenses for sale. From the photos they look to be in pretty good condition:
- Carl Zeiss Sonar 135, F2.8 (Contax mount) --- $145
- Carl Zeiss Planar 50, F1.7 (Contax mount) --- $120
- Canon FD 50, F1.4...
I had the Canon 70-200 2.8 L II on a week ago and I gotta admit I looks pretty nice. This is a screen grab from the video. I had to shoot at 5.6-8 to be sure the explosions wouldn't take off, but I think I managed decently. The shot is straight off the cam... no editing or sharpness.
I think...
You gotta ask yourself what kind of style you want. Are you a purist, then try to go with the daylight thing. Or does it fit the video not to be perfect, experiment with mixed lighting.
I just did a staggering 16 hour shoot yesterday with 75% steadicam. The setting was more of less the same as...
I'll be shooting a video which will include in camera explosions made by pyro technic guys.
The thing is, I haven't tried this before, and having scoured through the various forums, I haven't been able to find some hints as to how I should treat my camera settings.
I've gathered as much as:

Heya...
I'm about to do a music video which will be shot in some interior industrial halls. There's about 0 available daylight to work with, so I'll have to light it old style.
So far what I've told the production is that I've would likely initially need four 1.6k HMI lamps. I figured I'd do...
Hi
The premise is some walking towards the camera steadicam shots. I'll be using my pilot as the client won't invest in heavier equipment, and the camera flown will be the FS100.
So far I've only had once experience outside on a windy day with it. I was practicing line dancing on a track and...
I was just made aware of the following product coming out from Roland systems:

Im sitting here looking at 2nd hand gear and came across the Flashmate L-308B. It's fairly inexpensive, but I haven't really used a light meter since the first year at photography school, so I want to hear you guys opinion.
I'd be using it mostly for controlled setup in daylight as well as lit...
My very humble rig... nothing much, was at a veteran train docu shoot today. Brought my homemade Rigwheels dolly... my homemade Ikea shoulder mount (which amazingly worked decently with the FS100) and well, yeah, it works... :)
I found a guy selling his old lighting kit. Amongst the setup there are two Arrilite 2000 and he's selling them with new bulbs. So I was wondering if it was worth getting one of these (cant afford both at the moment) for the mere price of 130 dollars or so? Im asking because I can't figure out...
Coming from photography, lighting and how to use it, has been of my interest since I started. So when I began doing a little video and the ambitions grew inside, I started looking at the work of gaffers, and to be honest that kind of work leaves me in awe. I thought photography and...

Let me start out by saying, that I love my 5D mk II. Video wise it leaves a LOT to be desired, but still wise I find it amazing.

I just found a deal... 2 Nikon lenses:
Nikkor-S, Auto, 35mm F 2.8, Nippon Kogaku Japan.
and
Sigma HL Wide, 28mm F 2.8, Multi Coared.
for 50 dollars for both. If they work like they are supposed to, should I get them?
For a still photographer gone video like myself this article was quite informative:

I've looked and drooled at the CP.2s before, shunning their 5900 dollar price (yep... price in Denmark including tax :S). Besides that I wasn't aware there were so many different...
