Music video: Sony FS100 on Steadicam pilot and usage of Canon L's

Thought I share this video...

Details behind the shoot:
Label: Disco:Wax
Executive producers og treatment: Opus Film ved Anders Reinholdt og Jesper Gottlieb
Direction and Post-production: Chris Bjerremose
DP, Photographer and Steadicam: LeGrevé Photography ved Torben Greve
Make-up: Ditté Larsen
SFX: Nordiceffects Denmark

Lit with 1.2K and 2.5K Arri HMIs. Keylight in the followshots was an Arrilite 850w carried by one of the producers.
Steadicam used was a Tiffen Pilot. FS100 was mounted almost barebones on a Shoot35 baseplate and all steadi shots were done with the 16mm in poor-mans low mode. Tripod shots were done with Canon 24-70 2.8L and 70-200 2.8L II IS USM on a Fotodiox adapter.
The explosions were shot at F8, 1/120s, 50FPS

Hope you enjoyed it... I had a good time atleast :)

Nice work! Some good lighting and framing. I especially like the shots of the old guys projected on the wall and the simple shot of the guys face at 1.20. The song is a bit repetitious so I think a bit more shot variety would have been nice. Too many shots of the guys walking down a dimly lit corridor. But overall I like it!

Yeah... We of course started out being late, and there was too much chit chatting during the corridor shots, so in the end we chose to drop one sequence. That would probably have lifted the variation a bit :/ It's tough when you have too many cooks that wants to decide what to shoot and not.
For me it was a learning experience since it was more or less the first time I used the Pilot for a paid job along with the first time I have played around with "setting" lights.

You mention the shot at 1:20.... that's actually a composite shot of both the guys :D Evenly lit from both sides, standing in the same spot and then put together in post hehe.
