I'm not a fan of doing teasers for shorts but I did one anyway......

REMOVED

I should be fully finished with the film this weekend. :)

Very interesting.

I love the colors, the intensity of the acting, and the pace of the edit. The music threw me at first, but the more I listen, the more I like it.

Excellent teaser for a short.

There was definitely some teasing in the shorts.

Seriously it looked very good, nice colors. The only thing that threw me was the first dolly shot was jumping a bit, and the music felt a bit like a soap opera.

EDIT...I just watched it again, the music isn't so bad, maybe just the very beginning that sounded like a soap opera. I'm just nit picking, I would definitely like to see the finished product.

Looks good. I think that the music becomes less harsh (for lack of a better word) and more fitting (IMHO) halfway through the trailer.

Again, great job on the teaser; it looks really well done and piqued my interest.

I want to see more!

Also, I'm wondering what type of stabilizer did you use?

Anxiously awaiting the dvd.

Excellent Jay. Nothing I disliked about that trailer. Perfectly gave enough of the story, without too much. I thought the music added to the tone of the trailer and also the editing.

Thanks everyone, I'm happy that you like it, even if just a little bit.. : )

I use FCP to edit and also to do all of my CC'ing. I'm also learning to love establishing in camera looks before shooting.

I used an adapter that I would 100% advise against UNLESS you are really trying to keep things at a minimal money wise. It's the Letus35 adapter but I say hold off for a couple of months, save up the $1,200'ish cost and buy the G35
