More leaders?

Just watched them, great work everyone! Seriously, these are a nice addition to the leader pool. Don't forget to tell the Fiction Fest participants about these...
 
we'll have to get everyone who has done leaders to submit a 1080 version for the filmmakers that we can just keep in the archive.

Good work, guys. Some good stuff, and I'm sure the dvxfest entrants will be appreciative of having an ever-increasing pool of leaders to choose from that best suit their film.
 
I'm sorry I didn't get in on this, but I hope to do so next time. Watched and voted on all of them. Awesome job guys, just great! Really impressive.

It's fun to be back at dvxuser and re-involve myself with what's going on.

I loved the old school UNIVERSAL style and the one simply titled LEADER

All of them really nice but those got my highest ratings. (A 10)

Ill be using one or the other in my FICFEST film
 
Yeah, well done to all the other entrants. I really enjoyed watching these! Looks like we all had completely different ideas, which was fun because you didn't know what you were getting next.

And thanks to everyone who's been posting positive feedback. Can't speak for the other participants but it keeps me motivated for the next one.
 
Brid Kid... I gotta say, I really liked your Leader very much! I really enjoyed the simplicity of the silhouettes, but the little bits of life and character that you added to them really took it over the top. Great job!

Wow...thanks Mark! Really glad you liked it. Loved your 3D work too. That stuff takes time to get right and I know how much effort you must have put in.

I was going to go 3D myself (a different idea) but I couldn't guarantee I wouldn't mess up my animation/rendering in the time I had. Let's just say, my operating speed slows once I step beyond 2.5D :)

Thanks a lot. I too have been off the radar for quite a while and this project was a nice way to get my feet wet again.

Hey guys. We're almost ready to go. Before we do that I'm PMing all of the entrants
to help decide whether we're going to have a 'winner take all' or split the prize pool up amongst the top 3 winners.

I wanted to include you guys in this because it's your fest too.

So either shoot me a PM or give a shout out here and as soon as I hear back from everyone
we'll get things under way and announce the winners, hopefully sometime tonight.

Thanks for the feedback guys. The majority of the entrants voted to do the split so that's what we'll be doing.
