First off, its ZEch, but no biggie.
Ive used MarvelCine before and felt it was half way between Superflat and a modified Neutral (0,-4,-2,0) and felt I could easily take Superflat there if I wanted to.
Considering everything else is rec. 790 and the "breakthrough" of Cinestyle is the LogC, I imagine that the MarvelCine will be almost identical to the superflat.
If you recall my tests, the regular scenes were near identical, it was only far over exposed that showed much difference.
If you have a good grading workflow that starts with MarvelCine and it works than great, you probably wont NEED Cinestyle, although you should give it a shot. If you've got 5D's that your trying to cut against film, than ya, the LogC is going to save your life...at least thats what it was designed for.
