Same here. The ADD aspect of Twitter just doesn't do it for me.
This thread is nice, but it would be better if I know what all of you were doing and what were moods were right now.

I used to update my Facebook status incessantly but I finally slowed down to about once or twice a day now. It's honestly the most polite way considering the new layout which leaves all status updates in friends' news feeds.
I won't get involved in Twitter unless I need it for marketing purposes someday.

I hate Twitter but Facebook is legit. I HATE the "Become a Fan of" thing tho, there REALLY overdoing it.
I like Facebook for being able to stay intouch with old friends and see thier kids / family pics etc. I have 4 dvxusers now on my page because they are pretty cool guys! I am getting tired of all the quizzes, "what kind of car are you?", "hot or not" games. It's what I consider social spam. Spam is Spam. I have never used Twitter and do not plan too. I'll bet I have deleted 10 facebook friends because all I get are pages of crap everyday saying they were likely to have been Hugh Hefner in a past life. Didn't I go to highschool with you, you drove a crappy car and couldn't score a hot chck if you tried (oh, that's me).

If you use it sparingly it's cool, I became a fan of Star Trek (the new movie not the T.V series) and got a live feed for the premiere, all the on the red carpet stuff and am kept up to date on it.
I do have friends who are fans of everything and it's kind of stupid. When you become a fan it goes in a database for specific target market advertising to be shown on your page so don't over do it to much.
