DVXFest - Scare FEST - OFFICIAL RULES

[Chris_Keaton]

Are there any options yet?

I haven't sent them my scripts yet.

[Matt Harris]

That's funny Keaton. You gotta work the lines in to your scripts. Forgot about that.

[pauly_the_hitman]

Well I am in no matter what. Finally gonna bring it back to the table.

[Chris_Keaton]

It's easy to work them in when they are pulled straight out of them.

[Darkline]

"Id buy that for a dollar" - should be one of the options.

[Shawn Philip Nelson]

One of the options should be something that would work in a period or scifi piece.

[Michael Anthony Horrigan]

"I've got a bad feeling..."

"Smells like death in here."

"Something doesn't feel right..."

"It's (she's/he's) cursed!"

"Did you hear that?"

[Chris_Keaton]

Neutral Lines

"I love you"
"Don't be afraid"
"It'll be over soon"

Could be happy, could be scary, could be creepy.

[Michael Anthony Horrigan]

"Listen, do you smell something?"

[Chris_Keaton]

"If you were going to bake cookies you should've warned me so I didn't eat all that pudding."

Squeeze that one in.

[Elton]

"We were in that Hanoi pit 'o hell together".

[ZazaCast]

"Are you afraid?"
"My stomach hurts."
"Please, sit down."
"It's time."
"Business is good."

[Noel Evans]

It is the Scare fest not the Scary fest. If it is a normal movie for 5:59 and the last second you get the crap scared out of you then that would work.

Absolutely. But to do that the whole thing would be driving to that scary moment - and therefor you have a scary movie.

Michael what I typed isnt "official" in any way it was just my thoughts.

[Michael Anthony Horrigan]

Absolutely. But to do that the whole thing would be driving to that scary moment - and therefor you have a scary movie.

That makes perfect sense. Thx

[Elton]

Those are actually some good suggestions, ZaZa. I think "Are you afraid" is a keeper.

[Darkline]

No votes for :

"If your sister hadn't died in that car crash 20 years ago, you would still be top of your game in astrophysics, and not drunk on the sofa every night"

?

[Chris Messineo]

A couple more neutral line suggestions:

"Don't go in there."

"Where have you been?"

[Marlon Ladd]

I really like these:

"I've got a bad feeling..."

"Smells like death in here."

"Something doesn't feel right..."
MAH

"Are you afraid?"
ZaZa

"Don't go in there."

"Where have you been?"
Chris M.

I'm really liking this fest. so far.

[Elton]

A nod to an all time classic: "See you next Wednesday"

[ZazaCast]

Speaking of classic... "It's not you, it's me."
