Apropos - A Hawk Teflon short

[Hawk Teflon]

Well, it looks like I'll be able to enter.

Script is written. I'm currently casting and awaiting a lens to come in. I needed a faster wider lens for indoors.

[Chris Messineo]

Cool poster - it looks gritty - I like that.

[Chris_Keaton]

Another Hawk Teflon adventure!

[Marlon Ladd]

It's a gonna' be a good one for sure!

[Hawk Teflon]

Just added a new scene to the beginning of the short, doubling my scenes to ... two.

[ZazaCast]

^^^ sweet!

[Hawk Teflon]

Zaza, I'm expecting your VF thread to start any day now ... just waiting ...

[Wilbur Eddings]

Damn you and your cool artwork hawk! *Jealous*

Not going to happen... I have no way (no one) to shoot BTS stuff. :-(

You can still enter. I just pointed the camera around set and spoke to it myself last fest. Tripods work too.

[Michael Anthony Horrigan]

Good luck, Hawk!

Great poster Hawk. Soft colors are understated but stylish and artsy to boot. You must be a designer!

Ha, thanks! Nah. I just figured what I wanted the shot to look like for the shoot and took a photo and cc'ed it.

...and where'd that get ya'?

Got me learning and being creative. How about you?

Me too... I just can't enter these fests, that's all.

[Michael Anthony Horrigan]

If you don't want to enter, that's cool. But that's up to you. You and I are both solo filmmakers. If I can do it, so can you. There's really no excuse.
If it's personal, that's your choice. Either way I hope to see something from you soon. Whether it be in a fest or the user film forum.

Cheers,

PS - Sorry, Hawk. Back on topic. Best of luck with your entry.

[Hawk Teflon]

No no, you're totally good MAH. I agree with you about the solo shooting and how it's a totally different world. It's tough!

Apropos will have a full crew, though. And by full crew, I mean three of us. That's probably the biggest crew I've ever had (but worked with Marlon on bigger).

[olindacat]

Was that Brando ;-) ???
