World Exclusive First HVX200 Footage..PART 2

WOW THAT LOOKS FANTASTIC!!!! Although I'm in an internet cafe and the computer wont play back properly I can see it beautifully WOW:shocked:

Actually, the native clip, "1080_native" (417,5 mb) of that cheezy bar-scene works like a charm on a pb 15" 1,25 ghz 1 gig ram both in QT and in FCP...AMAzing.
Seems like they have put away that clip from the server now though. Hmm...mayby it wasn't meant for us yet... :)

hehe..and i had to register just to say it! :) oh well... It takes a smoothrunning HD-clip to speak out!

EDITED TO ADD:
It's actually lagging on ANY view size.
Is anyone able to play this video smoothly?

Yes.

One of my render boxes, an 800 dollar PentiumD 3.0, not even using a separate video card, just the video chipset included for cheap loosers on the motherboard.
Everything, QT, WM9, M2T's from the other cams, no stagger at any size of frame rate.

FYI, my dual 3.0 Xeon chokes a bit on the H264 stuff...

To quote a mindless, blonde, heiress: "That's Hot!!"

Thanks again to Jarred & Barry for doing what they do best.

The 720 & 1080 footage is pretty remarkable for just "out of camera", and compressed. I'd love to be there to see the output to monitor, but the clips are a great way to share!

Unreal. Absolutely unreal. Can't wait to see actual DVCProHD 1080/24p footage on a Samsung 80" Plasma 1080p HDTV to see it in it's full glory!

PS- Has anyone been to the Samsung store in the Time Warner building in NYC? That 80" Plasma is the most breathtaking thing I've ever seen! Sadly, it only costs around $40,000!!!

Looks like I'm going to have to start knocking up 7 eleven's so I can buy this thing. But WOW. The 1080 looks amazing!

The video is lagging real bad on my Dual 2.3 as well, but I got the idea. Face it guys, Windows Media Player on the Mac just plain sucks.

jrv3034 - I've seen that 80" bad boy @ TWC. Incredible!! I just wanted to grab it and run out of the store! After the HVX purchase, I'll have to save more lunch money to get that baby.
