Will This Lense Work With A 7D?

it doesnt list the 7d as one that it worked with....also i saw a few videos on vimeo for lenses 17-50mm and the picture is wider, but is super sharp and very crisp alot more than my 28-135mm, why is it sharper and more pure?

what do i look for to make sure lenses will fit the 7d?

They're never going to list every single camera it will work on. That list would be really long and not necessary. All you have to know is that your 7D will accept any EF mount lens.

Compatibility doesn't really have to do with APS-C or Full Frame as far as the 7D is concerned. Just remember EF mount or EOS lens. All EF lenses will work on APS-C cameras like the 7D, not just the APS-C specific ones. A full frame EF lens from 1987 will still work on a 7D.
 
so i read somewhere that it says something about the ef-s lenses compensate for the crop factor? so i lose the compensation if its not ef-s?

EF-S lenses project a smaller image circle than EF because the smaller APS-C sensor doesn't need a large image circle to fill the sensor. Full frame EF lenses will be larger and heavier than comparable EF-S lenses but not by much. As far as compatibility is concerned, they will all work fine but you'll save ~15% size and weight with EF-S which honestly isn't much. Hope that helps, this isn't a subject I can cover in one post but there's loads of information out there about it.
 
the problem with those cheap lenses is the barrel. it is soooo loose. if you try to focus, the whole thing wobbles. its dis-gust-ing.
