I'm in the San Francisco area if any teams are out here working on something, i'm free to help out on anything cool.

We're shooting a horror flick this weekend for another project - can't enter it in Scarefest, but we'll be following along in spirit. Get it? Spirit? Ah hell that was terrible.

I'm dangerously close to directing something. Currently fence sitting.
Hopefully will have one or two scripts in this one with any luck.

I'm with Brandon, bring on the scares!

Todaro, it's enough already, direct something. I'm sure you'll be a natural. If you can write as good as you do, surely you can point a camera at something and press the big red button.

"surely you can point a camera at something and press the big red button."

Thanks for the compliment Matt. Always nice to hear. I wish directing was that easy! I'm working on it. I'll be begging you all for tips and tricks if it does happen... I don't want to look like a newb in front of the badass DP who's helping me!

My first and only contribution to any fest was LossFest. I've had an idea in my head brewing since last years fest around this time but never got around to doing anything with it. I'm writing the script as of now and will be shooting it soon. Yay!

This will be my first dvxfest so I'm excited to participate and hopefully can come up with something really cool...mixing interesting location with some basic visual effects and a simple story...

This was going to be the one I finally did, but life happens. I'm out. Good luck to the rest of you!
