Not quite. We do things a little different in upstate NY. My graduation isn't until June 27th, and by then I should be long into the editing. So I'll have access to the school for the entire shooting period.

Quick update for you all. I know its been a little while. Second draft was just finished. The writer and I have decided to take a little bit more of a depressing, pessimistic viewpoint with the story. We're still discussing some things, and I expect we might have to draft it at least one more time. I'll hopefully start filming relatively soon.

We decided there were too many laughs in this fest and a counter-force was necessary

Sorry, "next week" was the proper guess at when production would start. *Hopefully* shooting will begin tomorrow. The story has taken a bit of a change, so i should probably check with the mods that it still follows a "quest" theme. I'll have some bts pics up this week. Thanks for staying on me Zaza!
Good luck Jake. Look forward to seeing the finished piece.

Eric Anderson is Wes Anderson's brother, that's who he is.
Seriously though, welcome to the festival. Looking forward to your work.

Oh no way! I'd like to say that was a clever nod or homage but nope - news to me. Although I'm a big Wes Anderson fan so yay! Go subconscious hero sibling referencing!!

Heh, very nice. I just thought it was humorous because Wes' real brother is indeed named Eric. He does the cover art for Wes' dvds and the paintings frequently seen in his films. He's also occasionally in them! Fun stuff.
