Not comparable and a poor comparison. I got the literal exact same comment about Aetas, that everyone should have been dirtier and after a while, i've come to completely agree with that.

Comments about eyelashes and flies, in light of the other things to comment on, is just asinine. A better comparison would have been say, if my only comment on Lawless was to ***** about the shape of his mustace.

I think you're missing the point. If something takes you out of the film, it takes you out of the film. Doesn't matter what it is.

Again, most people (non filmmakers) wouldn't even notice the stuff we tend to complain about, but it's to be expected here.

You're presuming people were actually taken out of a film and weren't just looking for something to throw stones at without actually thinking through good feedback...

I'm thinking inside the box. I'm doing a good 'ol fashioned western with guns blazin' and costumes. I doubt I can secure horses or a saloon though.
 
I wonder if we should start a resource thread once the rules are up where everyone who is going "real western" can share tips and resources regarding locations, costumes, props etc. seems like this could be the most production design heavy fest yet.

My young son just pulled "The Wild Bunch" out of my DVD collection & put it on the floor.
