Welcome Back to the Party (Exhibition Only)

sounds great. I watched the original film and I really liked it. I look forward to seeing the sequel.
 
Just got version 3 of the audio from Alan. Will be listening to this evening, can't wait to hear what he's cooked up! We're also in the home stretch of color grading. Almost there!
 
Hopefully the teaser shows a little bit how they're connected :) I'm also hoping that "Welcome Back" can stand on it's own as a film, without needing to see the first to "get it"
 
Heard the first draft of the score last night, and sent notes on the audio mix. We're finishing the grading tonight and adding in one small effects shot. We're in the final stretch here, hoping to render out this weekend :)
 
Man, I didn't realize the first one was done in 2007. I re-watched it and it's really unaffected by time and technology. Everything was really on-point and pro. I'm not sure I want to see anything I shot that long ago.

Thanks! Other than those old CRT monitors ;) Part of why we wanted to do a sequel was that this film had been so well received, and still held up. I'm excited to show you all Welcome Back to the Party!
 
awesome! Nice to see things are coming a long. It seems that there a lot of us at roughly the same point in the mix.
 
Finished color grading last night, and locked the score as well! We have a little minor timing issue on the score, but that will be taken care of easily. Lastly, a few more notes off to Alan for the sound mix, and we're rounding third base! :) Looking forward to sharing this with everyone!
 
As a part of the mod squad, our films are always Exhibition only :) Just quickly changed the thread title to make it clear!
