I have a feature planned and I think a short film is the best place to try out a few new tricks. Here's a small taste.

Interesting. Welcome to the fray. I was going to say youre only allowed to preview a max of 15 seconds... but heh. Good luck.

Damn... your avatar scares the hell out of me....now creepy-crawlers....this should be good!
Best of luck.

October, clearly my tone didnt come across in my post. I looked at the time and then realised it was just a loop. No need to touch it. Have fun in the fest.

Looking forward to seeing what this creature can/will do.

I understand that this may not be a final animation etc. but if I may post a little critique: The movement of the legs doesn't work for me, if you watch a dog/cat walking (any quadruped) the legs diagonal to each other move in sync as opposed to the legs adjacent to each other. That way the animals can retain better balance. Even though this is obviously not a real-world creature, I think it would help bring a sense of realism if the movement mimicked that of a known animal.

Good eye! Your absolutely right. This is my first test, I tried going for an odd creepy look and immediately started breaking rules. Thanks for the feedback.

So after a bit of tweaking I have a new test....but first I must admit that this short is getting out of hand. I don't think I will meet the deadline for entry.
