Top 5 must have lens for a GH1?

I've got 3 of those lenses and would highly recommend them.

Olympus 14-54mm f2.8-3.5 <------------- Perfect all round lens. If I can only take one lens with me, this is my choice.
Panasonic 20mm f1.7 <-------------------- Razor sharp and awesome low light lens.
Panasonic 14-140mm f4-5.8 <------------ Without doubt, one of the best video lenses of GH1.

I would also add Canon FD 50mm 1.4 to the list. You can pick one up very cheap from eBay and it a great lens to have for indoor shooting.
+1.
I'd add Canon ENG B4 zoom to the list for recording live-event in low lighting.

Does anyone know of a website that offers a neat overview of all lenses in existence, maybe with the option to sort them by focal length/mount/average price (used and new) etc.?

I already have the three lenses you listed here, and I 'm thinking of getting an FD 50 f1.4 too. My concern is that I've heard this lens is a little soft compared to the m4/3 Panny's (particularly the 20mm f1.7) - is there an alternative that will give a sharper image? Its important that I can intercut with the Panny's and I'm afraid the FD will stick out with its softer image.

Try Nikkor 50mm 1.4 Ai-s. It's sharper than Canon FD. But I've seen some sharp video done by Canon FD, too. I have them both.

Yep, I have both lenses, the Nikon is sharper and less prone to flaring out when wide open at f1.4. The Canon lens needs to be stopped down to f2 to be sharper and reduce lens flare to match the Nikon at f1.4.

just got my Olympus 14-54mm f2.8-3.5 II and am already loving it!
makes my gh1 a real working video camera again, like my hmc150. the AF is fast, faster than the 20mm by a lot. what i love most about the lens though is the electronic manual focus is so easy and smooth to adjust that all it takes is a light touch of a single finger to pull focus. also just like my old hmc150's focus wheel. the range and speed are perfect for my regular broll-heavy documentary/commercial shoots.
and its a perfect heft to balance the light gh1 body. makes the camera feel like a real still camera!

If only it had OIS would be perfect...arghhh

not a problem for 95% of my work which is tripod mounted.
if you want OIS, you have to get the Panny 14-50 for about $900.
handheld, 14-50/54 is pretty doable with some sort of camera support rig. so you can get by in a pinch without OIS if you need to.
