Only thing official I'veseen so far is the High Frame Rates, but I'll check to see if anything has been released regarding points 1 and 2

It seems to be running before walking to release any 4k cam unless you can actually resolve 1080 or more lines

From the small portion you can see, it looks more like a film camera than a video camera.

Well, this latest pic suggest its very small... Could even be a fixed lens, no? Strange are the markings of stops... If it was a normal lens i'd expect them to be in the opposite direction and on their heads, no?
