Envision said:Brandon, do you have your full version completed as well then? I know for myself, I HAVE to get the full version (8.5 minutes) done before the deadline, or that would drag on once I at least met the initial deadline for the 6 minute cut. So my goal is to have it all finished by tomorrow evening (working ALL day today and ALL of tomorrow morning/evening/night), then cut the sections that are planned to sit out for the 6 minute cut, and render several tests for best quality while staying under the MB maximum (40MB, I think).
Thanks! Actually didn't really need one--I move pretty fast. Used only four ights: a 2-foot, 2-bank KinoFlo, two small LowelPro open-face units, and a PAR64. And my track dolly is a total breeze to set-up. First dolly shot was lit and rigged in under ten minutes. The only person I really did need was, of course, a good BOOM OPERATOR! This shoot BARELY came together and was far too last-minute to involve skilled professionals!kimko said:man , i would've helped you out with crew just ask

It looks better on a TV than it does on the computer, but... Well, it looks right if you crank up the brightness a bit and cut the contrast a tad. (Those are highly technical computer terms.)
GenJerDan said:Don't struggle too much with it. Computer monitors are just as wildly variable as TVs...even within systems, never mind the difference between PC & Apple.
I was tempted to include some NTSC bars right at the beginning, hoping the viewer would take the hint and adjust their monitor.
The main difference I've seen (on PC systems) is the picture will just be too dark...but cranking up the brightness and cutting down the contrast little bit helps. Just gotta be careful not to wash everything out.
