its gonna be like shooting LP on tape instead of SP.. its convinient, and sure, it works o.k... but you would never do it on something important.. its kinda like going out with your SLR on a (working) shoot and shooting photos in the small mode... just not a good idea.

Speaking of Still guys.. the still guys who have been using RAW for years will understand this non RGB workflow.. and appreciate it.

Yep, the 2K Mini Red for rest of us will be great.
Red camcorder with exchangable lenses will be awesome.
It crossed my mind long ago: Just run and gun with my 2K and forget bout all that DV/HDV crap with no color!
