Yeah, it's already been addressed and Panasonic has a fix for it.

I know it can be scary when something like this rears its head, but it's better to stay calm and keep away from statements like this! I don't think it was a message of indifference... she said, "bring it in"... and after a pretty short time, and presumable enough examples of the problem for them to diagnose and develop a fix, now they've got one. I'm extremely impressed by the speed and courtesy with which Panasonic handled this. PLEASE (everyone) try to refrain from complaining about ANYTHING posted by Jan to the various fora - her presence on the boards is a very rare and precious thing, and amounts to a certain degree of "sticking her neck out" in a way that no-one else at her corporate level seems to do. It's a great asset to the community, and shouldn't be discouraged!
Anyway, as I said, the repair was handled by Panny quickly, easily, and effectively. Schedule yourself a repair as soon as it's convenient!
