So brightly in the dark - Lawrie Brew :P

I hope you like it - basically it is a little unusual - im trying to focus a bit more on performance, character and writing - still experimental in style. I suggest watching it in the dark hehe

Haha, just saw this thread. That poster is a trip!

And I'll be watching this in the dark as suggested.

Absolutely Amazing work!!! I enjoyed this film on so many levels. I love how it left me with an uneasy feeling afterward. I feel disturbed. Great job!!! :) Any you just can't go wrong with a creepy mask. It really takes you to crazyville. :) Also, excellent storytelling!

One of my favourites! I loved it. My kind of creepy and it was all style. Some really nice cinematography as well. Who shot it?
The mask was perfect and your lead did a great job. I wasn't too sure about some of his looks early on but he nailed it in the end.
Great song, Sarah! Perfect. The writing was also quite excellent. Really interesting.

Loved the narration, Lawrie. That was really well done.

I have a feeling this will easily fall into my top 3. :)

I have no idea what I just saw?! but it was very very cool. not really my cup of tea normally, But I was totally mesmerzed by it. I have to agree with MAH it is one of the best. Fantastic cinematography. Great job!

Holy loving hand grenade! What the hell did I just watch? You certainly painted a creepy tale. The performance wasn't the best until the end when he totally sold it. I still don't know what I wanted, but I certainly got the creepy feel from it. I honestly enjoyed it, but i'm not sure why.

*spoilers*

It definitely had that psychological thriller aspect. Very nice job on the insert shots, nice "silent scream" was an added bonus, the song was just the right tone for the film. The mask had that creepy thrill factor. I did not however like the quivering lips (reminded me too much of the gava beans in "Silence of Lambs"), the actor had no one to play off of so his exaggerated expressions were over the top. If he could have remained cold and calm as your narrative voice I think it would have had more impact. It was very well put together as a film. Not sure about the story. So good job for giving us the thrilling creep factor.
