Shrigg Jig Production Cage

shrigg, I asked before if it fit the t2i and you confirmed. I was wondering though, does it allow access to the battery, etc? thanks!

Just try one! It fits fine, you could show off your rig with a good picture.

I using the GH2 cage, the 5D MII cage can work better with the Nex5n using a Manfrotto quick base plate as the photos. The Shrigg Jig Cage is small, many holes for mounting options, nice build, and great price too. Totally recommended.

I tried contacting indiesystem, but got no reply. I'm very interested in getting a GH2 Shrigg Cage. Where/How do you recommend I get one? I'm based in Melbourne, Australia

Keep trying... He will get back to you eventually but Tim spends most of his time in the shop not online.

Hi Shrigg;
I already have the cage, i just telling my experience (a good one) buying at indisystem from another country.

Cheers

@Shrigg How do you attach the camera to the rig properly? No screw is the correct length and nothing really fits. I need a response quick to do promos.

Call Tim Ovel at (319) 504-3985 with camera in hand, he will help you figure it out. Or you could just make a quick trip to the hardware store and pick up an allen bolt to work for your application, should only cost around 30 cents.

I got mine today, I order the biggest size for (5D, 7D) just in case I getting the 5D mark III in the near future, the Shrigg look nice I gonna be doing some "upgrades" to Pimp it up a bit, anyone knows how much it cost the rig system?

Jack, Looking at your 09-18-2011 12:05 PM post, I see in the photo that you have a tripod plate directly under the cage. How did you do that? Can you take a quick photo?

Thanks!!

Hi there,

I have the same 'Shrigg Rig'.
For some reason none of the baseplates that I have fit my tripod.
What kind of baseplate do I need? Does the shrigg fit all tripods?

thanks!
