Here are a couple of versions based around Edelkrone's Modula 1 rig. With rods, without rods and at the end just the camera and monitor arm:
The monitor is the SmallHD AC7. Still, as much as I possibly can, I like to stick to just the camera and a LCDVF.

Here's mine in two different configurations
Shape Baseplate, I quite like the plate but one thing I'd like to change is the rod tightening knob. It's not big enough to have the right amount of torque, the rods still spin with a wireless FF sometimes,
Smallrig top plate,
O'Connor FF,
Bright Tangerine MB,
SmallHD DP4 with viewfinder and DP6,
Viewfinder arm is one of those Indian made ones. It's ok and does the job but not the highest quality,
The magic arm for the DP6 is a Kamerar and that has been great so far though! Lot's of grip and super solid!
Other configurations would include a Wireless HDMI, Atomos Star recorder and a Wireless FF.

Tim, I'll sell you mine, costs $200, I bought it used for $100. But since then, I got the "Cenivate universal accessory mount" I never use it any more, because when I want to tear it down I have 4 screws to undo and it's a pain in the arse! The EVF arm is good for getting the Monitor right where you want it.
I bought the C100 used with 42 hours on it, and the top plate came with it so not sure which one it is, but Tim's link looks like the one.

This is the rig I used on a film set in South Africa in November. First time shooting with the C100 and the Ninja Blade. This is my AC holding the rig while I take a breather. We were shooting a riot scene with about 400 extras, smoke and explosions going off, it was a long and fun day. The day started off pouring rain, there were no roof overhangs or shelter to get out of the rain. I was worried about water getting into the C100, I did bring trash bags but I still wasn't thrilled about working with the new C100 in the pouring rain so I braved the morning with the 5D MKIII, the 24-105 F4 and the Small HD DP6. That rig was soaking wet but nothing went out, everything functioned well. Once the sun came out, I switched to the C100. It was super bright and hot and I had a very hard time seeing the C100 monitor and the Ninja Blade monitor. The Blade hood is a joke so I added on a home built Cinefoil hood over the Blade hood. It ended up being totally functional, sealing out the sun and letting me nail focus and exposure, even though it look pretty Mickey Mouse. I can't say enough good things about the Zacuto grip relocater, best money I have ever spent on an accessory. It allowed me to balance the rig, operate the joystick from a comfortable position, what a great tool. Overall, I was very happy with the performance.

Below was my interview setup, here we were shooting interviews with the stars of the film and the director on one of the very elaborate sets (wish I could show it but under NDA and you would know the set right away). This rig is pretty much the same gear except I am using the Canon 70-200 2.8 IS and am shooting the second angle with the 5D MKIII with the Canon 24-105 F4 IS. Using the Abel Cine 5D preset on the C100 allowed pretty good color matching, not bad. I have not seen the edited piece yet but the shoot went very well and the footage looked great.

Wondering which grip relocator to purchase...
New to the C100 and wanting to creating a very compact shoulder rig ala the v2 Recoil. Plenty of exiting parts and a Smallrig shoulder pad with a Manfrotto base attached to it to be as low profile as possible with the camera directly on the shoulder.
I am struck by how top-heavy the C100 (with handle and mic attached) and hence tippy the C100 is. Granted, I didn't have the grip repositioned yet nor an EVF for another contact point - these will help. Would prefer the more compact ENG grip relocator to keep everything as small as possible and more functional when not on the shoulder. But I wonder if positioning the grip further below the rails would provide better leverage and stability.
This might be mute once I have contact with eyepiece of my EVF but still curious about others' experience. Trying to spend $ once this time around.

I have been very happy with the Zacuto grip relocater. You have to make sure that the cable is plugged into the jack on the C100 body firmly but as long as it is a good connection, the thing works flawlessly.

Good to hear that. Which relocator did you purchase? The ENG style closer to the rods? Or the one that extends lower on an arm? And do you have the camera on your shoulder?

Recently moved up from my 550D to a C100 after having the opportunity to shoot on a rented C300. Got this baby for dirt cheap, with hardly more than 20 hours of recording time.
Here it is rigged up on a green screen shoot with my Ninja 2. Shoulder component isn't on it, still working on balancing it anyway as it is a bit front heavy now.

Could you give a link to your hdmi? I just got a 1dc my none of my hdmi cable work with the port protector..

I believe the one I bought can be used either way, depending on how you mount it to the rods. I do shoot with the camera on my shoulder, it is a life saver.
