Hi , I don't know if you've considered the Sony PXW-X500 or PDW-850. It's one of the latest and best CCD camcorders out there. They uses a 16-bit A/D converter while for example, the F23 uses a 14-bit A/D. The X500/850 also uses the same sensor as the HDC 2500...
