Got to the init function of the scene file choice or the user file choice and use it instead of load or save.

Hope that helps,

Jan

While in Card Functions, Load the scene files, it will display the four that you have on the card. Move your cursor to the one you want to load and then load them again with the confirmation dialog.

Best,

Jan

Ok I am not following here. I have two scene files loaded on my SD card, put it in my camera, go to card functions: scene file - yes. Then what? I have : file select, read, write, the 4 files, and title reload. I cannot highlight the files, only to rename them. I am sorry to bother, but I am just missing something.

I'm right with you Chris, I just got my 200a and am having the EXACT same issue! I hope somebody responds to this soon. I don't understand either.

Has anyone done this successfully on an HPX172? I'm changing the bit in the header so it reads

'AG-HPX172EN
SYSTEM FREQ:50Hz'

instead of

'AG-HPX170P
SYSTEM FREQ:59.94Hz'

but when I put the SD card back in the camera it can't read any of the files...

Ok, I got it working. When I pasted the headers it didn't work, but I tried leaving the header alone and pasting all the stuff south of the header instead and that worked.

Awesome scene files, especially loving the looks of nature and velvet. I entered both into my camera manually as I can't seem to find my sd card anywhere but I am unable to change my v detail freq to thick for the nature scene file..whats up? Cheers.

There are some things that are in the scene file that really don't count if you are doing HD, but they have to be there or else. Thick is one of them. If you were going to move this to an SD world and were not going to do a film-out with the SD(can't imagine even doing this) but the thick setting would give you less ringing on an SD monitor. So don't worry about it and enjoy the scene file.

Best,

Jan

Hey guys;

I downloaded these files but before i transfer them to my 200E, i recognize that these scene settings are for 200P camera, which is NTSC i guess(and i am in PAL region). What should i do?Will it work if i change the frame rates manually on the .txt file?

Thankx

Yes, change the frame rates, and change the 200P to 200E in the header at the top of the scene file.

A question: to use these scene files wirh an hpx171 camera should I change the syncro scan value too?

In my scene files I have this string

00005002: 4A026801 ; SYNCRO SCAN :

in the scene files I've downloaded I can find this string instead

00005002: BE026801 ; SYNCRO SCAN :

Should I change the string in every scene file downloaded according the hpx171 string?

Thank you in advance fro the answers

Gary

I think you probably should. Go through the 171 and set scenes to the frame rates you want, save that on an SD card. Then substitute those synchro scan codes for the ones in the scene file download files and then it will do the frame rates you want. They were maded for the 60 Hz cameras so small adaptation for 50Hz.

Jan
