I am not rebutting this (just the Nikon Rumors guy).
In any case, I agree. Today, Samsung UK issued a statement that, "Nikon is not acquiring the Samsung NX business". Which is one of those "non-denial" denials. ("I have no comments and you can quote me on that!") Nikon, as suggested many times over, isn't "buying" Samsung; it is buying from Samsung. It may be a subtle difference but enough to make a PR guy proud. Much like, "We're not withdrawing from the camera business. But we are withdrawing from Germany, UK, Scandinavia, etc".
PS. There was also a poster on DP Review who said that Samsung has been testing a full frame sensor in Germany. It wasn't inside a camera but connected to the boards, etc.
