So this is my second film. I learned allot from the last fest, and decided to give it another shot. While this is not my full time occupation I really do enjoy film making.
I thought this film was fun to do, and I got to work with Family and friends on it.
I shot it in 2 days.
The theme of Amazing Stories and Tales from the Dark Side stuck in my mind through out the shoot. I watched those shows all the time, and got my ideas from the general theme they tended to have. I tried to keep things 1980's in some respects.
I hope you enjoy it.

We had to change the story due to lack of cast and locations.
I wrote this last week and we shot yesterday and today. I spent the last 5 hours messing with Sony Vegas and it's glitchy "hell no you cant have Sound with your video" feature.

I promise next fest to start shooting at least a month before its due.
 
Cool -- Simon Van Winkle was pretty fun so I'm definitely interested in this one. This is the second 2-day entry I've seen... definitely intrigued!
 
Haha, that kid in the end was hilarious crying!

Dude, this had a nice comedic twist to it, I liked it.

Acting was poor, and I'd chose older actors for a case like this.

It just wasn't believable.

Bad casting:poor acting:not believable, Looks like I captured every thing the shows from the 80's gave us.

Just kidding......or am I?
 
Though the technical side of the film wasn't quite up to snuff... I thought that the premise and story was VERY clever :) the cleverness of the film alone caused me to want to post a quick note here... really thought it was funny in spots, and had a great concept... Work on getting better technically and getting some better performers next time...
 
Was it just me or did the audio quit at the end, I couldn't hear anything they said and there was no scream?

Besides that, nice job.
 
The audio was only on 1 channel for the dialog. I screwed up on that. So if you have a head phone then the dialog will be on one side.
 
Loved the premise, and I liked that you got the halloween theme into this short. we all had fun watching it. I love the electocution chair. where can I get one of those? ;-)
 
I pretty much agree with everyone else here. I thought the girl was very cute but she should have older. The lighting was off but I watched the whole thing and Liked the ending. Keep it up. I know I have still have a lot to learn. the superman kid was funny.
