Red or 7D ?

Have to agree with Tyler and Jonathan (PaPa), I'm about as big a fan of HDSLRs as they come, especially the 7D, but there is no way they can do that... yet...

Also,...I guess I'm out of touch because I'm still trying to figure out what's so amazing about that video?

Edit: Just to be clear....it was a cool video but nothing out of the ordinary from what I've seen from other folks. Gotta give credit where credit is due though.

But yeh i dont see the point of this posting this...especially in the 7d forum.

Yeah, i guess to a certain extent this showed that some thought it could be the 7D, which is great. However, there was no doubt in my mind that the 7D was not capable of this type of image.

One day...
 
kind of a shame, really... this is some good work... unfortunately, the way this thread was posted took the focus off of what was some nice work, and turned it into a silly guessing game "guess if this compressed web-video was 7d or RED".... blah...

and, now it's off-topic for this section...
