Random Movie Quote - The Thread...

He had to know YOU'd have the correct answer on that one.:Drogar-BigGrin(DBG)

Yeah. The forum is completely made up of rare people, so I had no doubts. :)

It also occurred to me after Zak's comment how many from Ghostbusters I use as well. "No human being would stack books like this" applies to a lot of situations.

"Bunch of slack-jawed faggots around here. This stuff will make you a god damned sexual Tyrannosaurus, just like me."

"Ray has gone bye-bye, Egon. What have you got left?" is one I use regularly. (I'm sure anyone who knows me would say far too regularly. :D )

"I say we take off and nuke the site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure."

"Human sacrifice, cats and dogs living together... mass hysteria!"

Oddly, that one comes in handy quite often.

"We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a saltshaker half-full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers... Also, a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether, and two dozen amyls. Not that we needed all that for the trip, but once you get locked into a serious drug collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can. The only thing that really worried me was the ether. There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge, and I knew we'd get into that rotten stuff pretty soon."

"Bust the deal, face the wheel"
Mad Max 3, Beyond Thunderdome.
Find myself using it once in a while. Always love that clueless look on the younger guys.

"Bunch of slack-jawed faggots around here. This stuff will make you a god damned sexual Tyrannosaurus, just like me."

Still one my favorites.

I use "AAAfirmitive" Aliens (Newt on the table)

I call people Lash Larue a lot too. Know one has any idea what I'm talking about.

The one I only say on set to people who know what I'm talking about is
"well, Let's not suck each other's d!cks quite yet gentlemen"

"OK, so we got a trooper pulls someone over, we got a shooting, these folks drive by, there's a high-speed pursuit, ends here and then this execution-type deal."

"You thought. Do me a F-g favor. Shut up, listen, and learn. Look, I know that this is your first day and you don't really know how things work around here, so I will tell you. You have no brain. No judgement calls are necessary. What you think means nothing. What you feel means nothing. You are here for me. You are here to protect my interests and to serve my needs. So, while it may look like a little thing to you, when I ask for a packet of Sweet-N-Low, that's what I want. And it's your responsibility to see that I get what I want."

"Doh!" - Simpsons
"allllllllrighty then" - Jim Carry

are 2 I use quite often, in print. Not in real life speech though. In real life I just one or several swear words, quite intuitively I might add.

"Come on people... Mime is money! Mime is money!" -TAP

"We've got armadillo's in our trousers." -TAP

"First day on the job, you know what I learned? How to spot a murderer. Let's say you arrest three guys for the same killing. You put them all in jail overnight. The next morning, whoever's sleeping is your man. You see, if you're guilty, you know you're caught, you get some rest, you let your guard down." -Usual Suspects

Frank Pesce Jr.: I wanna do something I never did before.

Frank Pesce Sr.: Oh really, then why don't you go upstairs and clean your f-ing room?

Lawrence, do you know the difference between men like me and men like you? Men like me merely conceal the truth. Men like you have forgotten where they put it.

Ah, heroin. His lady.

I thought luck was his lady.

When one runs out, he turns to the other.

You know, it's at times like this, when I'm about to be blown out of the airlock of a Vogon constructor ship to die in the vacuum of space, that I wish I had listened to what my mother told me when I was young.

What did she tell you?

I don't know. I didn't listen.
