First DVXFest entry for me... posting the thread now so I'll be more inclined to follow through and finish this.

Synopsis, logline, poster, cast-list, etc. to come.

- Rough draft of script completed. Sent off to a select few people whose opinions I trust, waiting to hear back from them with their critiques.
- Producer has found a couple options for locations - will schedule a trip to York, PA soon for location scout/test shoot. We're actually going to try to, rather than storyboard, etc., just shoot the whole thing (with stand-ins), and cut a very rough version together so we can see what works and what doesn't, in terms of lighting, camera placement, sound, script, etc.
- Currently discussing music with a potential composer... will update when that's more finalized.

Yeah, Dr. Manhattan's swingy thingy is much bigger in person, believe it or not. They had to digitally shrink it so it'd get past the MPAA.

yay another new person, love not being to only one! good luck in the fest. looking forward to see more progress from you
 
I always enjoy seeing what a first timer comes up with. We were all first timers at one time. I think I'm using the word 'time' too much, so time to end this.

Anyway, looking forward to what you come up with.:)
