Based on what we know, and whatever sleigh of hand advertising has occurred, how does this new cam differ from the AG-HPX300?
All I've seen is "sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratios of larger imagers." Does this differ than the existing model?
It'd be great if panasonic would give you the option of buying the 370 without the lens so you could mount your favorite. I think JVC does this with the HM700.

Not much sense in comparing the 370 to the EX3 as it's on its way out just like the 300. My hope is that Sony will dump the chainsaw/Canon form factor in favor a small on-the-shoulder design more like the JVC HM700 (but less "plasticky" and toy-like). By now Sony may have figured out the rolling shutter/skew problems that their 1/2" cmos sensors experienced.
Latest update I got from a friend... They said the 370 is going to be ALMOST the same as 300 except it has a new lens (20x zoom)
Okay, with all due respect, if photojournalist is under an NDA, then he's already violated the living daylights out of it by even mentioning that he's seen or used or even confirmed the existence of any product that's governed by an NDA. A non-disclosure agreement means that you DON'T DISCLOSE. Someone who's really abiding by the terms of their NDA wouldn't even acknowledge that they were UNDER an NDA.photojournalist said it has new sensors that have less noise and other features he liked but couldn't divulge because of the NDA
Copy from the AD:
Panasonic's AG-HPX370 p2 HD cmcorder moves you up to a whole new level of production quality. A new, state-of-the art 2.2 megapixel 3 chip ULT imager produces stunning HD content in a wide range of shooting conditions, with sensitivity and signal to noise ratios of larger imagers. With a superior 10bit 4:2:2, full 1920 x1080 resolution AVC-Intra codec, the HPX370 can record more image detail more accurately. Ready for global production, the HPX370 offers international HD and SD standards, including 1080p/i and 720p as well as industry standard DVCPRO HD
Have a great day
What the hell is a "ULT Imager"...Is that that new imager technology that's supposed to replace CMOS? I couldn't fine anything on Google.
Ulot Less Tskew?
