Probably my biggest dissapointment so far...I don't get it!
So what mount should they have gone with ? MFT ? Nikon ? PL mount ?

+10...spot onSeems like some folks are conflating their emotional responses (annoyance and impatience) with objective "truths about the industry nowadays." No disrespect intended...but like... they're not. Once they release footage and production specs, no one will remember or care about how the presentation went on June 2, 2017 and how they didn't EVEN release any footage that day. Most folks I imagine will just take a look at the footage, research the specs, and make the decision that makes the most sense for them. Don't see too many people punish-buying C200s to teach panasonic a lesson about making them wait to see haha!
Personally this nerdy, only slight grasp of wow marketing is what I like about panasonic. I don't feel like I'm at the car dealership!
Anywho there's a first look (NO FOOTAGE) here: https://vimeo.com/220076198
Just what he already said but get a good look at how small it really is.
I was!...I've not dismissed it, but the EF mount and SD and a third aspect in which I'm probably alone, but its a bit small...that may change once we know more.lol, I think you were most excited for this camera too.
I never thought one would come with it...

Bullshit on me or Panasonic?Really? When EVERY other camera in this range they've released has one. I call B.S.

+1 I own both and the blade is the perfect size and great build quality...the Shogun is big...I've been shooting with the Ninja Blade on a C100/300 for years, it's not bad. What bugs me though is having to buy a 7" big heavy Shogun Inferno for 4K. You stick two batteries on the back, pop in an SSD and you have totally upset the balance and accessibility of the camera, 7" sucks for on camera monitoring. If Atomos would make a 4K version of the Ninja Blade with a higher resolution screen, that would rock. I too prefer to NOT use an external recorder but for green screen, it's better than the C100/300 codecs.
Ursa Mini / Ursa Mini Pro ?

Also something people were missing from the c200 included in this is timecode in/out.
But hey...You won't have high shipping bills because you can fit it in a backpack! That is, if you don't struggle to get it out of the backpack like "Taco" did. He called him Taco!
