why do the ISO/lens sub-titles change not in sync with the image in a number of areas?
Most likely sloppy editing. The text isn't placed/positioned over the exact first frame.

When BMD launched the Ursa Mini 4.6k, they actually released the (huge) raw files used to shoot their demo film publicly. Love to see Panasonic do that here...
That's true and most of us understand that...but when the world is watching, you shouldn't have one spec of noise in your new camera's highly anticipated first footage.
The LT can be very noisy, but you don't show that! haha
Can someone explain to me why the footage lacks dimensionality in some instances? There are a couple of shots that look like she is in front of a green screen. I've seen this a lot with some of the cheaper cameras.
I completely agree. Didn't want to be too much of a downer because I think the clips look nice (as nice as my $800 G85), but the concept just did not work for me at all. (C200 also had the girl dancing in the studio and the guy out in the snow.)
I think you answered your own question.![]()

Because paralysis-by-analysis is at an all-time high.
Nothing will ever be perfect, but if you can, you should try to eliminate as much doubt as possible for any consideration of failure.
(They could have dropped a shot or two with the heavy noise, or a drone shot, etc...could have been more polished.)
Great demo that shows variety of shooting situations! The Varicam demo was good. A lot of diversity.
