From my area some dudes stuff got ripped off the air because he altered a video to make it look like a tornado was hitting when it was actually footage from a previous when and was edited with a program. And this left the associated press with very upset clients due to the fact that they purchased the footage and then sold it out to many affiliates so they could air it. Can you say a bad lie! Not sure if I believe this photo. Sorry...otherwise it is an awesome pic!

Looks like something by the artist Louise Bourgiose. They recently had a retrospective of her work at the Guggenheim in NY

As Bill said is a sculpture by Lousie Bourgeois, and this one is in the back side of the Guggenheim museum that is in Bilbao.

ok now I am in the DSLR world now, just mad my purchase of a D2x, I really wanted a Pro body, now I do, I usually shoot with a good-ol F2

Ill post some pics in a week or so from the D2x.

Yep the twister is 100% legit. I have many more and a cheezy video as well. I didn't have time to set up a tripod or anything but I did get some hand-held footy with the DVX100 of the much bigger twister that was going at the same time about 15 degrees clockwise from the right edge of the field of view in that shot.

Scale is hard to see, but the house is about a mile out (200mm on a 80-200) and the twister is probably a couple miles behind it. I'll post a link to the video when I get it up. Maybe I'll get that up tonight since I have another project to work on as well. Stay tuned for a link.
