Awwww, Just finished the 48 hour film fest. Won audience award for the inland empire group A. And I vowed never to do one again when we finished. Hmmm.

I know that we're still waiting to hear more, and not much can be spilled beforehand, but I'm wondering about the times. I'm trying to set up a couple of things, and people are asking "when"? For example, is it 5PM Friday until 5PM Sunday? Midnight Saturday until Midnight Monday?

Hawk - usually 48-hour fest are 5-6 pm Friday through 5-6 pm Sunday. Exactly two days. Judged on Monday with results to follow. Script has to be written that night, you film on Saturday and if you have an editor who can edit as you film, even better.

I'd be down for a 48 scriptfest (more than enough time for a short). Hell. I'd be willing to write one for the 48 hours film fest. I'm guessing though that most of the time these things are adlibbed.
