Could I post some african clips? I think they can show the real problem.

I think it is a variable ND filter. There aren't other explanations because I used the GH5 correctly as exposure and shutter speed.
My documentary is to throw in the trash because even if I modify the colors I get bad images.
I really don’t see what is the problem with your footage. Maybe a tiny bit underexposed but totally good to use in a documentary. A quick grade and you’re good to go.

TOTALLY AGREE. 5 pages into a thread and the footage is surely usable... especially for YouTube or Rai TV.
I downloaded the first clip and it looks fine. I could easily work with this. What do you think is wrong with it?
What does "ugly" mean? Can you be specific about what you don't like?I always worked color correcting/grading in every my documentary. Even when I used AX100 but I never got such ugly clips.
What part of the image to do you want to improve. The girls, the ground, the trees. What do you want to improve, colour, level, contrast, what ? You need to be specific for us to help. Do you want the colours darker, lighter less contrast what?
Here is a fast grade.

Who said you had to choose one parameter? We just don’t understand what is so wrong in the original footage.Ron, why do I have to limit the beauty of the image? Why do I have to choose which of the three parameters I have to improve? I'd like to improve all three parameters because a beautiful image is beautiful in every sense. This is the problem. I want good video and not a quite good video. And I still don't know what was my problem in Africa.
