The kit may be nice, but I would say the best combo would be 2 Rifa soft lights and 2 DPs. That gives you 2 great soft lights that make everything look good without much effort then the DP spots can kick it all up with a hot back light and key light. Up in 5 minutes down in 3. Again don't be shy to look on ebay. There are a lot of good used lights for sale, and the paint will be off your new ones soon enough.
 
I agree with Rockmore. eBay is a great place to buy lights & lighting kits.
You can start with the basics and then add a light here and there. Just
remember that shipping these things can be expensive. My eBay math
is this: cost + shipping > 70% to buy new (before taxes) = good deal.

So, B&H sells it for $1,234 new, roughly anything under $900 is good.
