UPDATE: We launch the much anticipated Bad To The Jones web series on YouTube January 21st 2013! Watch the new promo and subscribe!

Hey, all. For those of you that don't know about "The Jones,'" short film, shame on you. LOL! Kidding. "Bad To The Jones" is the feature based off of popular short film.

Here's the much anticipated music video for the film! Bad To The Jones by Pop D-Z.

Here's the new theatrical trailer (2/6/2011) for "Bad To The Jones:"

"The Jones'" short http://www.dvxfest.com/monsterfest/index.php?id=3600638 - The festival version.

"The Jones'" was a Monsterfest finalist film and got the Sleeper Film award. We got such a positive response everywhere we showed the film that I decided to turn it into a feature. What's our budget?? Zilch!! Shoestring for sure. I'm lucky enough to have dedicated and quality people around me that believe in the project.

I've been super busy, but I had to start a thread to keep everybody updated on our progress. We've filmed the first few scenes and will continue to film every weekend until mid-July to get it wrapped up.

UPDATE: 7/15/10
Filming until mid-July?? Yeah, right!! We're still filming on the weekends and are not even half-way finished. I'm definitely not sweating it though, because we have really been able to take out time with some scenes and it's really helped.

Will be back later to mention all the folks helping out, but there's two dvxusers that have come through big-time - Hawkteflon (Alec) and Phillip Borghee. Big shout-outs to them.

Dynamite trailer! I think the CC is excellent. The quality of the images is very high. It looks like a kick-ass movie.

Good luck with the shoestring feature film effort. We're all rooting for you.

Hurray! It's up! I'm really enjoying working on this with Marlon. I've learned a ton so far. Now if only we can get past this weather out here, everything will be set!

Thanks for the positive feedback, guys. We're doing the best we can and hope to show the world what Indies can do.

Looks good! Just a word of warning if the MPAA has not received a check and actually reviewed your trailer then using their preview screen is a big no-no.

Also did you mean to have that Jello in the shots? Is it an effect?

Nice!!! Congrats and best of luck.

Thanks, and thanks for stopping in.

Marlon,

This is so cool, love the teaser. Really looking forward to the finished film!
Looks great!

Thanks, Chris. How's your film coming??

Thanks, kgimedia. What jello? Are you talking about in the trailer, film or screen grabs?

Trailer looks pretty cool and I like the V.O.

The only thing I'll say is that it all looks like it took place in one spot (generally). But it's a short so that may be perfectly fine.

The poster looks good too.
