"Miss Laid" - A ZazaCast Films Presentation

Dang! After 3 days of thinking I came up with the same concept. Oh well, back to the drawing board. I think 2 movies about losing your virginity might be overkill.

Sorry...yeah, this is a quick crowd. I really didn't want to start a thread so early, but figured I'd better for just this reason! Keep thinking, there's plenty of time on this one.:beer:
 
Your casting has been pretty decent dude. I think one of the things you need to do this time around it to do a screen test, to make sure that everyone matches and gives off the right kind of energy you're looking for. One bad casting choice can bring down a whole movie... or make you do unnecessary reshoots.

Thinking of using Phil Donahue again? he was awesome in his role. Would be nice to see him with some real world dialog.

So true... I really want to do screen tests for this one! Many of them.

You can hire Phil too, I'm sure he'd love the work.:)

I'd love to hire Phil. He lends a real gravitas to a production and you wanna see more of the guy. Maybe next fest when I haven't written something that so sharply skews to younger characters...
 
Pre-Casting has started with an ad on the local Craigslist...and to my surprise, I've gotten quite a few responses. Right after the holiday I'll start to set-up private auditions as there is nudity involved. I was thinking of narrowing it down then posting the audition footage here and letting all you DVXusers vote to choose the lead actress.

...anyone up for that idea?
