LCD Cling-Ons To Help Shoot 4x3 For Letterbox

[Steven Bogda]

I saw these a long time ago, but I can not find them now. I also don't even know what to search for on here, I tried a few things like "LCD letterbox guides" but no results.

Anyone know the proper name or have a link to these things.

They are just like the clear thin pieces of sticky plastic that come on new cellphones and things with screens, but have little lines to show what will get cut off when you letterbox a full screen video.

Thanks,
Steven

Steven,
If you mean the Screen Skins 16x9 framing overlays, EVS, Btirns & Sawyer and Abel Cine carry them (disclaimer: I'm the manufactirer). They also come in 1:85 and 2:25 aspect ratios.
Hope this helps.

Can you put up a link?
